Where is the apartment exactly located?
Our apartment is in the G-block in Phase II of the Puente Romano Beach Resort. Phase I encompasses the Puente Romano and Nobu hotels and includes a few privately owned smaller apartments. In contrast, Phase II and Phase III (Marina) feature larger apartments, some of which are available for rent.
Is this apartment inside the Puente Romano resort?
Yes. It is in Phase II and an integral part of the Puente Romano Resort.
Can five guests stay in the apartment?
Yes. The apartment is suitable for four adults and one child under 3 years old.
What makes this different from staying in a Puente Romano hotel room?
Compared with a standard hotel room, our apartment offers approximately 125 m² of indoor and outdoor living space instead of one smaller room with a small balcony.
You have a separate living room, two full bedrooms and two bathrooms, rather than a bedroom only with one bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals, instead of having no kitchen or only a pantry.
The large covered terrace overlooks the gardens and pools, rather than a smaller balcony.
Can we use an elevator to get into the apartment?
No, access to the apartment from the street involves ascending seven easy steps and descending six easy steps via a wide staircase.
Is this apartment suitable for families?
Yes. The apartment sleeps four guests, with one child under three able to stay as a fifth guest. It includes a baby cot, highchair, booster seat, gated parking and is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and Puente Romano facilities.
Can you provide a baby cot?
Yes. Our own baby cot, highchair and seat booster are available upon request before arrival.
How far is the apartment from the beach?
It is a short stroll of around five minutes to the beach.
Is there traffic noise in the apartment?
Close to none. We have noise-protected doors and windows in the apartment.
Do you provide bedlinen and towels?
Yes, we have hotel-quality bedlinen from Bassols in Egyptian cotton with satin. The towels are from Zara Home, and for each guest there is a bath towel, shower towel and washcloth. Both bathrooms have a bathmat.
